トナー像を、該感光体に接触させて搬送される転
写材に転写した後、該感光体に爪先を接する分離
爪を用いて上記転写材を感光体から分離し、定着
部に至る搬送路を該搬送路を搬送される転写材の
非転写面に面した側の壁に吸引口を有する吸引箱
と該吸引箱に吸引された転写材が当接する搬送面
とを有する吸引搬送装置により搬送される画像形
成装置の転写材分離搬送装置において、 上記分離爪の分離後定着装置に至る転写材搬送
路に対向する側端面を吸引箱の吸引口近傍迄延長
するとともにその形状をゆるやかな凹形曲面とし
