Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転されるローラ本体の内部に、誘導発熱機構
を設置するとともに、前記ローラ本体の周壁に、
前記ローラ本体の軸方向に沿つて、複数の孔を一
端を閉塞して設け、前記各孔にヒートパイプエレ
メントを挿入してなる誘導発熱ローラ装置におい
て、 前記ヒートパイプエレメントを、外筒部と内筒
部とからなる二重筒状とし、前記内外両筒部間に
、気液２相の熱媒体を封入し、前記内筒部はその
両端を開放状態とした中空状にするとともに、 前記ヒートパイプエレメントを前記孔に、熱良
導性物質が前記ヒートパイプエレメントと前記孔
との間の隙間に充填された状態で挿着してなる、 誘導発熱ローラ装置。
