    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子回路パツケージを強制空冷するための吸気
    用フアン及び排気用フアンを有する電子回路パツ
    ケージの冷却構造において、電子回路パツケージ
    の温度、吸入空気温度又は排出空気温度のいずれ
    か、あるいはこれらを組合せて測定する温度検出
    装置と、該温度検出装置にて測定した温度により
    吸気用フアンまたは排気用フアンを稼働・停止さ
    せる制御装置とを有することを特徴とする電子回
    路パツケージの冷却構造。
