    る混成集積回路用厚膜配線基板において、前記ス
    ルーホール部近傍の基板の両面の前記厚膜配線下
    及び前記スルーホール部の側壁の前記厚膜配線下
    に、厚膜の絶縁ガラス層又は厚膜導体層を有する
    ことを特徴とする混成集積回路用厚膜配線基板。
