Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 回動傾倒自在に支架された断熱筐体の前側に
開設する受口から内部に回転自在に横倒し装入し
た調理釜の前記受口から突出する絞りテーパー部
端に蓋閉塞自在な給排前口を設けるとともに前記
調理釜の外周面に軸方向に間隔を置いて又は螺施
状に火炎ガイド鍔板を周設する一方、前記調整理
の内周面一側軸方向に沿つて油が通過し得る程度
の隙間を形成して煽り杆を着脱自在に延在取付け
、他方前記調理釜下側に沿つてガス加熱器を臨ま
せて煮炊き炒め調理自在としてなるロータリー式
煮炒調理釜装置。 ２ ガス加熱器は、前後一対に分設してそれぞれ
独立して火力を調節自在としてなる請求項１記載
のロータリー式煮炒調理釜装置。
