- 金属板に多数の隆起部と通孔とを形成し、該隆
起部側を対面させた２枚の金属板間に、合成樹脂
層とコンクリート層とを介装し密着複合してなり
、上記合成樹脂層は少なくともパネルの外周縁部
に配設してあることを特徴とする複合パネル。
