Claims (1)
- 射出成形機のノズルに設けられた樹脂流路中に
バルブ本体を回動自在に配設し、該バルブ本体に
は該バルブ本体より細径の軸部を結合して該軸部
を前記ノズルの外部に突出させた射出成形機用シ
ヤツトオフバルブにおいて、前記ノズル内の前記
バルブ本体の先端に対向する部位に該バルブ本体
の先端に回動自在に受入れる軸受け用凹穴を形成
し、前記ノズルの前記バルブ本体と軸部との結合
部に対応する部分には、シールリングをしまりば
めにより装着し、該シールリング装着部の外側に
位置する前記ノズルの外周部に、該シールリング
を外側から保持する押え部材を取付けたことを特
徴とする射出成形機のシヤツトオフバルブ。
