Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車体に固定されロアステアリングシヤフト
    をロアコラムを介して支持する固定ブラケツトと
    、固定ブラケツトに揺動自在に取付けられ自在継
    手によりロアステアリングシヤフトに連結された
    アツパステアリングシヤフトをアツパコラムを介
    して支持するチルトブラケツトと、固定コラム側
    に取付けられたチルト用電動機と、電動機の回転
    をチルトブラケツトの揺動に変換する変換手段と
    を備えた電動式チルトステアリング装置において
    、 上記変換手段が、固定ブラケツト側に取付けら
    れて電動機に連結されたスクリユーシヤフトと、
    スクリユーシヤフトとかみ合うスクリユーナツト
    と、スクリユーナツトとチルトブラケツトを連結
    する偏心部材とを備えており、スクリユーナツト
    の一部がスリツトにより２つに分割されて、この
    部分を締付けることによりスクリユーシヤフトと
    の予圧が調整されるようになされ、スクリユーナ
    ツトの両側にピンが一体に形成され、これらのピ
    ンに球面ブシユを介して偏心部材が回転自在に取
    付けられ、偏心部材がチルトブラケツト側に回転
    自在に取付けられていることを特徴とする電動式
    チルトステアリング装置。 (2) 偏心部材が転がり軸受を介してチルトブラ
    ケツト側に取付けられていることを特徴とする請
    求項(1)の電動式チルトステアリング装置。
