  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 カセツト装着時にカセツト内に侵入する光源と
    カセツト両側に配される一対の受光素子によりテ
    ープ始終端に配した透明テープの通過を検出する
    テープエンド又はトツプ検出機構に於て、 一対のリール台の回転検出パルスの周期を計数
    してそれぞれ周期計数情報を発生する周期計数手
    段９，１０，１１と、 テープの定速走行期間に両方の前記周期計数情
    報が所定値以上であることを検出して前記光源を
    消灯せしめる点灯制御手段１２，１３，１４，１
    ５とを、それぞれ配することを特徴とするテープ
    エンド検出回路。
