- 間歇送りされるリードフレーム上にダイを供給
しヒーター上でダイをリードフレームに固着する
ダイボンダーにおいて、ダイがヒーター上に停滞
する時間を規制するタイマーと、規制時間を超え
た場合リードフレームの前記ヒーター上にあつた
ダイの近傍に穴マークを明けるパンチ機構とを備
えたことを特徴とするダイボンダー。
