- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 赤外線リフロー法により、回路基板上に面
実装が為される混成集積回路において、前記混成
集積回路上面を覆う金属箔或いは金属板を設け、
前記混成集積回路上面に照射される赤外線を反射
する構成とすることを特徴とする混成集積回路。 (2) 前記金属箔は、混成集積回路上面に接着さ
れるアルミニウム箔であることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の混成集積回路。 (3) 前記金属板は、混成集積回路上面に接着さ
れるステンレス板であることを特徴とする実用新
