    、基板の上面より押さえつけるクランパと、基板
    の下面より押さえつける弾性体で構成された風船
    状のバツクアツプ機構と、バツクアツプ機構への
    空気の流入、流出を制御する電磁弁と、内圧を一
    定に保つレギユレータとを含んで成る基板反り防
    止装置。
