Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 軸の外周に装着された回転環と、上記軸の外
周であつて上記回転環に当接配置され回転環との
間に液膜を形成することにより漏洩防止をなす固
定環と、上記固定環を支持する支持機構とを備え
たメカニカルシールにおいて、上記固定環の外周
部または内周部に直線状の切り欠き部を形成し、
一方上記支持機構側にも内周部または外周部に直
線的な切り欠き部を形成し、これら両切り欠き部
を係合させることにより固定環の回り止めをなす
ようにしたことを特徴とするメカニカルシール。 ２ 請求項１記載のメカニカルシールにおいて、
切り欠き部は周方向に等間隔で複数箇所形成され
ていることを特徴とするメカニカルシール。
