  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ステータ部の超音波振動による進行波で回転す
    るロータ部の上下面または側面の少なくとも一つ
    の面にステータ部の共振点近傍の超音波振動で生
    ずるロータ部の音響振動を吸収するリング状の制
    振材を固着し、 上記進行波を発生させる駆動信号の周波数を上
    記共振点の周波数に近づけることを特徴とする超
    音波モータ。
