In particular, the tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor may be short-circuited due to reverse insertion into a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor set, overvoltage trouble, etc. In order to prevent circuit burnout that occurs at this time, molded chip tantalum solid electrolytic capacitors with built-in fuses and parallel type and axial type molded tantalum solid electrolytic capacitors with round wire leads are increasingly being used.

。-1f, when the capacitor element 1 is short-circuited, a current flows through the fuse material 6, and when the current exceeds the fusing current, the fuse material 6 is blown out. Furthermore, even if the temperature of the capacitor element 1 rises, the current is cut off due to the destruction of the fuse connection or the melting of the fuse, thereby preventing the capacitor element 1 from burning out.

The problem was that it was eroded in the bath, resulting in peeling and severe wear and tear.
