Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 他の配管もしくは機器等に連結される一対
の配管を、 伸縮自在な成形ベローズから成る内側ベローズ
と、 この内側ベローズの外周に、密封空間を形成す
るように配置された伸縮自在な金属製溶接ベロー
ズから成る外側ベローズとで連結したことを特徴
とする配管用伸縮継手装置。 (2) 前記密封空間に不活性ガスを充填したこと
を特徴とする請求項第１項に記載の配管用伸縮継
手装置。 (3) 前記密封空間内圧力を検知する圧力検知手
段を有することを特徴とする請求項第１項または
第２項に記載の配管用伸縮継手。
