６及び冷媒加熱器６の運転時、前記室外側熱交換
器５、減圧機構４を側路する冷凍サイクルを構成
し、さらに前記四方切換弁２と室内側熱交換器３
の間の配管と圧縮機１の吸入側配管とをバイパス
するバイパス管１を設け、該バイパス管に開閉弁
８を設けたことを特徴とする冷媒加熱式冷暖房機
。 (2) バイパス管１に設けた開閉弁８を非通電時
