軌跡上に位置決めされる第１のレバーと、上記第
１のレバーの真上もしくは真下に配置され一端が
上記ケンス凹部の移動軌跡とは異なる位置に位置
決めされる第２のレバーと、これら上下に並ぶ２
本のレバーの略中央部を上下に貫通し各レバーを
水平方向に回転自在に支受する支軸と、上記２本
のレバーが同じ角度でケンス外周面に当接するよ
う２本のレバーのそれぞれを押しつけ付勢する圧
縮ばねと、上記第１のレバーのケンスから離れた
側の辺に取り付けられ第２のレバーを検知する検
知器とを備え、上記第１のレバーがケンス外周面
の凹部に入り込んでその角度が第２のレバーの角
度とずれて上記検知器と第２のレバーの距離に変
化があつた場合に上記検知器から出力される信号
によつてケンスが停止されるようになつているこ
