Claims (1)
- 機械的回転量を電気的に検出する検出手段を内
部に備えたエンコーダ本体の開口取付部に、一端
部が被検出体に連結する回転軸を軸承した軸受け
体を間隙を介して配備し、この軸受け体とエンコ
ーダ本体の開口取付部との間を、前記回転軸と被
検出体との位置ずれを吸収する吸収手段により連
結して成るロータリエンコーダ。
