Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 音叉振動子を用いて光路をチヨツピングし
て光パワーを検出する光検出器において、 入射光が連続光のときは、前記音叉振動子が前
記光路をチヨツピングし、前記入射光が変調光の
ときは、前記音叉振動子が前記光路から回避する
構成になることを特徴とする光検出器。 (2) 光路をチヨツピングして光パワーを検出す
る光検出器において、 連続光の入射に対応して前記光路をチヨツピン
グする構成になることを特徴とする光検出器。
