接触面積の小さい被冷凍物を急速冷凍する場合の
第３図相当図、第６図は、その急速冷凍室内の冷
凍制御の状態を示すタイムチヤートである。 〔符号の説明〕、１……急速冷凍室、２……被
冷凍物、６……金属プレート、８……温度センサ
（第１温度センサ）、１０……温度センサ（第２

    速冷凍室を具備した冷凍冷蔵庫において、 上記急速冷凍室内の被冷凍物を載置する金属プ
    レートの裏面と、上記急速冷凍室の天井部近傍と
    に、それぞれ温度センサを配設し、両温度センサ
    からの温度信号に基づいて上記急速冷凍室内の冷
    凍制御を行うようにしたことを特徴とする冷凍冷
    蔵庫。
