電性セパレータの間に介在する非導電性ガスケツ
トとより構成される電気二重層コンデンサ素子を
積層してなる電気二重層コンデンサにおいて、前
記導電性セパレータのカーボンペースト電極層に
接する少なくとも一方の表面に凹凸状部分を有す
