Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce noises when a person walks on a floor by providing a resin layer between steel plates, one of said steel plates being a checked steel plate for said floor. CONSTITUTION:A resin layer 2 is sandwiched for suppressing vibration between a checked steel plate 1 which will be a floor surface and a surface material 3 under the plate 1, thereby forming a composite steel plate able to suppress vibrations. The resin layer 2 is obtained, for example, by applying 100mum thick of polyester resin onto a steel plate, drying and then pressing the same at 180 deg.C by a hot press. Accordingly, the generation of noise when a person walks on the floor is prevented.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Striped steel plates for floors can reduce slipperiness when walking, and at the same time have various properties originally possessed by steel plates.
Among these characteristics, one of the characteristics that is cited as a problem is the low damping performance of walking platforms and the like. In particular, when using striped steel plates for residences, it is desirable that the walking platform be smaller, but due to the characteristics of conventional steel plates, vibration damping properties have been insufficient.

[Embodiment 1 A perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1. The present invention uses a striped steel plate for floors as at least one steel plate of a composite steel plate in which a resin layer is provided between the steel plates. A damping composite steel plate is constructed by sandwiching a damping resin layer 2. Although the steel type of the striped steel plate is not particularly limited, for example, if a stainless steel material is used, a floor material suitable for outdoor stairs or ship decks can be obtained from the viewpoint of weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and aesthetic appearance.

The present invention will be described in detail. As a striped steel plate for floors, the plate thickness is 3
.. A 2 mm stainless steel striped steel plate (SUS 304) was used, and an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel plate with a plate thickness of 1.2 mm was used as the back surface material. A polyester resin was applied to a thickness of 100 μm on a steel plate as a vibration damping resin layer in the intermediate portion, and after drying, hot pressing was carried out at 180° C. to prepare a test material. The loss factor was measured using this sample material.
