Claims (1)
- 所定間隔をおいて左右対称に配置された磁性体
からなる２個の吸着ブロツクと、両吸着ブロツク
の上面間に水平に架け渡されるように両吸着ブロ
ツクに両端部が固着された板状弾性体とからなり
、非励磁状態のマグネツトテーブル上に前記両吸
着ブロツクの底部外端側の支点部が接して前記板
状弾性体がほぼ水平に保たれ、前記マグネツトテ
ーブルが励磁されると前記両吸着ブロツクがテー
ブルに磁気吸引されて内傾し、前記板状弾性体の
中間部が下方へ撓むように構成されたマグネツト
テーブル用ワーククランプ治具。
