【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は車両トイレの汚物処理装置、特にその
外筒の改良に関するもので、紙製の外筒に上から
炉布、受皿、活性炭層を収容し、上面に開口部を
形成した上蓋を、底面に開閉可能な開口部を形成
した下蓋を装着したものにおいて、外筒として軸
方向に沿い、複数の折込線を形成するとともに、
底部端面を含む底部内外周に亘つて防水加工を施

活性炭42が下の受皿5に流出しないように所定
網目の網43が取付けられている。活性炭収容皿
4の下には開口部51を有する受皿5が配置され
る。7は外筒1の底面を閉とするように設けられ
た下蓋で、当該下蓋7の所定位置にも開口部72
が設けられるが、当該開口部72は開閉片71の
上下変位によつて開閉される。6は外筒1の上面
を閉とするために装着された上蓋で、当該上蓋6
にも開口部61が形成されている。開口部61は

皿5、又はそれと活性炭収容皿4さらにそれらと
装着時に開となつている下蓋7の開口部を通り、
下方所定の貯留槽内に貯められる。列車がたとえ
ば駅に停車すると、当該装置各部分により処理さ
れた貯留槽内の流動物は、公知の方法で自動的に
貯留槽開口部を開とすることによつて車両外へ排
出される。このようにして、一週間程度使用した
ら、固形物の貯められている外筒1全体を取外
し、所定位置に運んで焼却し、新たな外筒を取付
ける。しかし、従来のこの種の汚物処理装置は1
週間程度という短時間で取替えるもので、取替時
毎に外筒、炉布、2つの受皿、活性炭層を1ユニ
ツトとする相当数のユニツトを現地まで運んで組
立取付けなければならず、特に外筒はかさばるた
め運搬効率がきわめて悪い、又外筒1はボール紙
などからなつているので、受皿、活性炭層等が収
容される下方部分は流動物によつて劣化し、破損
され易く、破損されると、公衆衛生上の重大な事

本考案の外筒11は底部端面13を含む底部内、
外周に防水加工14を施す。防水加工としては樹
脂コーテイングによつて防水被膜を形成する等、
公知の方法を用いることができる。どの程度の底
部内、外周に防水加工を施すかは具体的場合の必
要に応じて決定されるが、受皿、活性炭層等の配
置される部分に対向する内外周は常に流動物によ
る侵食に曝されているので、少なくとも当該内外
