- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 これまでの船舶用ブレーキは、スクリユーを逆
回転させて停船させたため、制動距離が非常に長
く且急停止することが出来なかつたが、この板状
等の船舶用ブレーキ装置を使用すれば、船体から
の突出物により、急激な水の抵抗を受け、急速に
且短距離で停船することが出来る。 船体からの突出物を利用し、水の抵抗をブレー
キとする全く新しいブレーキ装置である。
