Claims (1)
- 裏面に熱可塑性樹脂の裏打ち層を持つカーペツ
ト原反を自動車のフロア形状に合わせて成形した
自動車用フロアカーペツトにおいて、フロアの凹
凸の大きな部位に該当する裏打ち層裏面にのみ、
前記裏打ち層の熱可塑性樹脂の融点より２０°Ｃ
以上高い融点を持つ繊維と、前記裏打ち層の熱可
塑性樹脂の融点以下の融点を持つ繊維とを配合し
た二次基布を部分的に貼着した後、前記裏打ち層
を加熱軟化させ所望形状に成形した自動車用フロ
アカーペツト。
