Claims (1)
- 塵及び液体を一緒に吸込んで集める集塵タンク
２と、該集塵タンクの上部に設けられて該集塵タ
ンク内を負圧に維持するように作動するフアン９
と、該フアンを駆動する原動機１１とを含むバキ
ユームクリーナにおいて、前記フアンの入口部１
２側に設けられて前記集塵タンク内の液面が所定
のレベルＣに達したことを感知する液面感知セン
サー２０，２４と、該液面感知センサーからの信
号を受けて警報器２２を作動させ又は前記原動機
の作動を停止させる制御器２１とを含む液面感知
装置１９を具備することを特徴とするバキユーム
クリーナ。
