Claims (1)
- 脆性材料から成る工作物をテーブル上に載置し
、クーラントノズルを備えた工具により加工を行
う脆性工作物加工装置において、前記工作物上の
クーラントを取り除くエアーブロー装置と、前記
加工面にレーザを照射するレーザトーチと、前記
エアーブロー装置と前記レーザトーチを備えたロ
ボツトと、前記工作物の加工後このロボツトによ
り前記エアーブロー装置と前記レーザトーチを前
記工作物上で移動させる移動制御装置を備えたこ
とを特徴とする脆性工作物加工装置。
