Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有底円筒型電池ケースの開口端の内周部と
円盤型の蓋部材の外周部との間にプラスチツク製
の封口ガスケツトを挾み込み、前記電池ケースの
開口端を内周側へかしめてケース内部を密封する
構造において、前記蓋部材の外径より大きな外径
のリング状に形成された低融点合金製の締付け座
板を前記蓋部材の外面側に同芯に配置し、前記電
池ケースのかしめた開口端により前記封口ガスケ
ツトを介して前記締付け座板を押さえ付けること
を特徴とする電池の封口構造。 (2) 前記電池ケースのかしめた開口端の内径は
前記締付け座板の外径より小さくて前記蓋部材の
外径より大きい請求項１記載の電池の封口構造。 (3) 前記締付け座板の融点は１２０〜１５０℃
の範囲である請求項１記載の電池の封口構造。
