案のアルミニウム製ロールにおいて用いられる、
外筒とリブとが一体成形されたアルミニウム押出
型材の一例を示す断面図である。第３図は、第１
図に示された本考案のアルミニウム製ロールの一
例の一端部の斜視図である。第４図は、本考案の
アルミニウム製ロールの別の一例を示す一部縦断
正面図である。第５図及び第６図は、本考案のア
ルミニウム製ロールにおいて用いられる外筒とリ
ブとが一体成形されたアルミニウム押出型材の別
の例を示す断面図である。第７図は、従来のアル
ミニウム製ロールの一例を示す一部縦断正面図で

Claims (1)
- 円筒状の外筒と該外筒の内壁から該外筒の中心
軸方向に放射状に伸びる複数のリブとが一体成形
されたアルミニウム押出型材に、該外筒の両端部
分及び該部分に接するリブの外周部分の切除によ
るリブ露出部が形成され、該リブ露出部に軸受材
が接合されて支承用軸部が形成されてなることを
特徴とするアルミニウム製ロール。
