  1. 円筒状の一次側固定子１と該一次側固定子１内
    空部に遊嵌される円柱状の二次側可動子５とから
    成る円筒型リニアインダクシヨンモータにおいて
    、前記二次側可動子５が、外周面に軸線と直交す
    る方向の溝６を所定ピツチで該設した円柱状の鉄
    心７と、該溝６部に挿嵌された環状の非磁性良電
    導体８と、該鉄心７及び非磁性良電導体８を被覆
    する非磁性硬質材の外筒９とから成ることを特徴
    とする円筒型リニアインダクシヨンモータ。
