Claims (1)
- レール上にレール方向に配置された少なくとも
２本以上の脚部と、これらの脚部の基端を連結す
る胴部とから走行体が構成され、これらの脚部と
胴部をそれぞれ振動させる振動源と上記走行体を
レールに向けて付勢する手段が付設されてなる超
音波リニアモータにおいて、上記脚部の先端に摩
擦材を取り付け、この摩擦材と上記脚部との間に
レール面と交差する係合面を形成したことを特徴
とする超音波リニアモータ。
