Claims (1)
- 一端に開口を設けた筒状ケーシングと、該筒状
ケーシングに内設され同ケーシング内に正圧が導
入される正圧室を区画形成するダイアフラムと、
前記開口を覆うように筒状ケーシングに固着され
前記ダイアフラムの背部に負圧が導入される負圧
室を区画形成する補助ダイアフラムと、前記正圧
室の体積を減ずる方向に前記ダイアフラムを付勢
する復帰スプリングと、前記ダイアフラムに一端
を連結した作動ロツドとを備え、該作動ロツドの
他端を前記負圧室を貫通して負圧室外部に突出さ
せるとともに作動ロツドの貫通部に形成される間
隙を介して負圧室を大気に連通させ、かつ前記負
圧室の貫通部にシートを設けると共に前記作動ロ
ツドに該シートに着座して前記間隙をシールする
弁体を設けたことを特徴とするダイアフラム式ア
クチユエータ。
