Claims (1)
- 遅波回路を発振防止、安定動作のために回路を
複数に分け、分割端を無反射終端器によつて終端
させた空胴結合形遅波回路と、該遅波回路の周り
に装着された磁極と永久磁石が交互に配列された
周期磁界装置とを備えた空胴結合形進行波管にお
いて、上記遅波回路の無反射終端器が設置された
位置の上記周期磁界装置の永久磁石の無反射終端
器側の欠損部によつて生ずる周方向の磁力差を小
さくするため、上記永久磁石の無反射終端器側を
他の部分より厚くしたことを特徴とする空胴結合
形進行波管。
