  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 保持部材により装置内の所定位置に配設さ
    れている光学系と、電子写真プロセスの一部をな
    すコロナ放電器とを備えた電子写真装置において
    、前記光学系と対峙する保持部材内面側に位置す
    る任意の面、若しくは前記保持部材と対峙する光
    学系側面のいずれか一又は両者の面上に導電性粉
    体を主成分とするオゾン分解層を形成した事を特
    徴とする電子写真装置。 (2) 前記導電性粉体が活性炭粉末であり、又光
    学系が少なくとも感光体ドラム軸線より下方位置
    に配されている集束性光伝送体アレイである請求
    項(1)記載の電子写真装置。 (3) 前記オゾン分解層が接地されている請求項(
    1)記載の電子写真装置。 (4) 前記オゾン分解層にトナーと同極性の電圧
    が印加されている請求項(1)記載の電子写真装置
    。
