- 半導体レーザ素子と、この半導体レーザ素子の
後方出力光をモニタする半導体受光素子と、前記
半導体レーザ素子の前方出力光を集光する集光レ
ンズと、光フアイバとを有する半導体レーザモジ
ユールにおいて、前記集光レンズと光フアイバ間
の光軸上に電気音響変換子が固着された偏向媒体
を挿入配置したことを特徴とする半導体レーザモ
ジユール。
