- ＭＩＣパツケージを高周波パネル本体に取り付
ける場合に使用する補助部材であつて、前記補助
部材の中央部に前記ＭＩＣパツケージのキヤツプ
外形よりも大きい孔を設け、この孔の内周を下方
に曲折して押え片を形成したことを特徴とするＭ
ＩＣパツケージ取付用補助部材。
