【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案による外科手術用具を使用する
装置の構成を示す図である。第２図および第３図
は本考案の一実施例を示す図で、ａは超音波振動
伝達具の構造を示す概略図、ｂ，ｄは作業部を示
す概略図で、ｃは作業部の断面図である。第４図
および第５図は他の実施例となる作業部の形状を
示す図、第６図ａは接合部の手前で屈曲した超音
波振動伝達具、第６図ｂは作業部の手前で屈曲し
た例で、第７図は着脱型の作業部を示す図である
。第８図および第９図は本考案による外科手術用
具の使用例を示す図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超音波振動により生物組織を切断、切削す
    るための外科手術用具であつて、超音波振動源に
    接続され超音波周波数の機械的振動を生じる超音
    波振動伝達具が、生物組織と接触する作業部、お
    よび術部にイリゲーシヨン液を導くための通路を
    有し、該作業部の外形が椀形状、ラツパ形状、円
    錐形状、もしくは円筒形状をなすと共に、前記通
    路の片側は作業部の内側中心部および外側面に開
    口していることを特徴とする外科手術用具。 (2) 作業部の内側が凹面形状をなすと共に、先
    端の縁部が波形の刃を有することを特徴とする、
    請求項(1)記載の外科手術用具。 (3) 作業部の先端が縁部に対して水平もしくは
    凸面形状をなすと共に、複数個の突起を有するこ
    とを特徴とする、請求項(1)記載の外科手術用具
    。 (4) 作業部の先端端面の形状が馬蹄形もしくは
    Ｖ字形をなすと共に、先端端面は縁部の波形の刃
    、もしくは複数個の突起を有することを特徴とす
    る、請求項(1)記載の外科手術用具。 (5) 超音波振動伝達具が、接合部の手前および
    ／または作業部の手前で屈曲しており、超音波振
    動源の機械的振動方向に対して、前記作業部の軸
    線が角度を持つていることを特徴とする、請求項
    (1)乃至(4)のいずれかに記載の外科手術用具。
