ータリジヨーの自動クランプ機構および位置決め
機構を有するチヤツクを備えた旋盤において、チ
ヤツク本体１の回転中心に軸受２ａにて保持され
る割り出し用親歯車２を、ロータリジヨー３に該
割り出し用親歯車２と噛み合う割り出し用子歯車
４をそれぞれ設けるとともに、旋盤主軸の定位置
割り出しおよび回転角制御装置により前記チヤツ
ク本体１を定位置に割り出した上、旋盤タレツト
５に設けた回り止め装置５ｃを用いて前記割り出
し用親歯車２を固定し、主軸をあらかじめ設定し
た角度だけ回転させることにより複数のロータリ
ジヨー３を同時に任意の把握面位置に割り出すよ
うにしたことを特徴とする旋盤用チヤツクのロー
