体概略図を示す。第１図は本考案の要部構成たる
鋳型と該鋳型を用いた成型手順を示す作用図であ
る。第５図は本考案の実施例に係る気泡入の石英
ガラス製板状部材を示す切欠斜視図である。第３
図は従来技術における鋳型の断面形状を示す断面
図、第４図は該鋳型から成型される成型体の成型
後の加工工程を示す斜視図である。 ２０：石英ガラス素塊、１０：鋳型、１１：型
枠、１２，１３：押圧部（上板、底板）、１４，
１５：石英ガラス製板状部材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 鋳型内に収容した石英ガラス素塊の上下両
    面側に位置する一対の押圧部を介して前記素塊に
    押圧力を付勢しながら高温雰囲気下で加熱加圧成
    型を行う成型装置において、少なくとも前記一対
    の押圧部と素塊との間に、石英ガラス製板状部材
    を介在させた事を特徴とする石英ガラスの成型装
    置。 (2) 前記石英ガラス製板状部材の表層又は内部
    に、前記石英ガラス素塊と対面する面方向に沿つ
    て気泡層を形成した事を特徴とする請求項(1)記
    載の成型装置。 (3) 前記石英ガラス製板状部材が、被成型物で
    ある石英ガラス素塊より軟化点の高い材料で形成
    されている請求項(1)記載の成型装置。 (4) 前記石英ガラス製板状部材の肉厚を５〜１
    ５mm前後に設定した請求項(1)記載の成型装置。
