- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ボイラー部で油蒸気を発生させ、この蒸気を
ジエツト部を通過させ、冷却されたポンプ筒壁に
噴射して凝縮させボイラー部に戻すとともに、こ
の噴流を利用して排気作用を行うポンプにおいて
、筒壁の外周に蒸発器を配置してなることを特徴
とする冷凍装置付油拡散ポンプ。 ２ 請求の範囲第１項において、蒸発器の外周を
断熱材にて覆つたことを特徴とする冷凍装置付油
拡散ポンプ。 ３ 請求の範囲第１項において、ポンプ筒壁を厚
肉材で構成したことを特徴とする冷凍装置付油拡
散ポンプ。 ４ 請求の範囲第１項において、予備排気口近傍
の蒸発器にサーモスタツトの感温部を配置したこ
