Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 合成樹脂製板状体を複数枚上下方向で間隙
を置いて階層的に略水平方向に配列してなり、隣
接する板状体間に水平方向に流れる空気通路が一
個宛形成されている直交流式冷却塔用湿式熱交換
器において、 前記合成樹脂製板状体は、それぞれ独立した緩
やかな複数個の山部と、各山部の境界部を形成し
ている谷部が交互に形成され、前記谷部の交叉点
位置には、冷却水収集落下用平坦窪み部が設けら
れ、これら山部と平坦窪み部とは気流の流れ方向
に向かつて千鳥状に配列し形成してあり、上下隣
接する前記合成樹脂製板状体における平坦窪み部
と山部の位置は相互に一致していることを特徴と
する直交流式冷却塔用湿式熱交換器。 (2) 前記平坦窪み部は、円形の皿状窪みの周面
に環状のスリツトを穿設してなることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の直交流式
冷却塔用湿式熱交換器。 (3) 前記空気通路を形成するスペーサーは、複
数列、多段にわたり間隔をおいて前記板状体上に
配列してあり、各段のスペーサーは各スペーサー
空気流れ方向に沿い連続して連なる少なくとも３
つのボスからなり、これら３つのボスのうち、中
央のボスは両側のボスと反対側に突出して形成さ
れていると共に、各スペーサーは空気流れ方向を
基準として前記平坦窪み部の両側に位置し、各段
のスペーサーと前記平坦窪み部は空気流れ方向に
整列していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の直交流式冷却塔用湿式熱交換
器。 (4) 前記各段のスペーサーは前記平坦窪み部の
上下流両側においては異種の形状を有し、空気流
れ方向と直角な方向で隣接するスペーサー同士は
同一の形状をしており、前記平坦窪み部の両側に
位置するスペーサーの中央ボスの突出方向は、反
対方向としてあることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の直交流式冷却塔用湿式熱
交換器。
