上記空間内の熱交換媒体を流出させるための流出
口部を形成し、 上記空間の流入口部側の間隔を広く、流出口部
側の間隔を狭く設定し、上記空間の流入口部に近
接して上記熱交換媒体の滞留するピツト帯域を形
