- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 少なくとも外部露出面１１ａを非金属材料で形
成された直火加熱とともに電子レンジ加熱が可能
な二重槽容器１と、該容器１の上部開口を取外し
可能に封鎖する、少なくとも外部露出面２１を非
金属材料で形成され、蒸気抜き孔２２を有する蓋
体２とからなり、 上記二重槽容器１は外周上方に密栓可能な少な
くとも１つの水注出入口１３を有する一方、内周
上方に二重槽内に貯留された加熱水Ｌから発生す
る蒸気の取込み口１４を形成してなることを特徴
とする蒸し容器。
