Claims (1)
- 底部を洗浄液貯留部とした槽状の主体１に、下
方に吸気口５及び洗浄液ポンプ６を設けるととも
に、上方には主体１内に吸込口９を有するシロツ
コフアン２をそのケーシング３に連なる排気口４
を外部に露出して取り付け、さらに主体１内には
ケーシング３下端と主体１内部を連通する通路１
２及びこの通路の上方から下方に向けて主体１内
を区画する多孔材層１０ならびに前記洗浄液ポン
プ６を介して洗浄液を多孔材層１０に噴射する散
布管８…を各付設してなる気体洗浄装置。
