Claims (1)
- 圧力を導く圧力室と、一方の面を圧力室の壁面
として形成されるダイヤフラムと、ダイヤフラム
の他方の面を壁面とする密封室と、内部が密封室
に連通する伸縮室部と、上記密封室と伸縮室部に
密封される流体と、伸縮室部の先端に取付けられ
る導電ブラシと、導電ブラシが摺動する位置に前
記伸縮室部の運動方向と平行に設けられた可変抵
抗器と、を備える圧力ゲージ。
