Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 筒状をなす本体の内部に孔を有する区画板
を設けて、該区画板の孔をセンサチツプで閉塞し
て、前記本体の内部を２室に区画し、さらに、前
記両区画室内に圧力伝達媒体をそれぞれ封入した
ことを特徴とする圧力センサ。 (2) 前記本体の内部に形成された二つの区画室
は、それぞれの容積が同一となつている実用新案
