Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定レンズの所望のレンズ面の球心に指標の
像を投影し、上記レンズ面による上面指標の反射
像の座標の計測により上記レンズ面の偏心を測定
する装置であつて、 コリメートレンズから被測定レンズに向かう光
束を２光束に分離するビームスプリツターと、 被測定レンズを保持し、回転させる回転ステー
ジと、 上記ビームスプリツターにより２分された光束
の各々につき、一方は被測定レンズ表面側に到る
光路を形成し、他方は上記被測定レンズの裏面側
に到る光路を形成する光路形成部材と、 上記各光路に光軸方向へ可動に配備された１対
の対物レンズと、 上記対物レンズを介して指標の像を投影された
レンズ面からの反射像が結像される２次元センサ
ーと、 上記２次元センサーの出力信号を演算手段によ
り演算処理して、上記レンズ面の偏心量を算出す
る演算手段とを有し、 被測定レンズの所望のレンズ面へ指標の像を、
表面側及び／又は裏面側から投影し得るようにし
たことを特徴とする偏心測定装置。
