体保持用金具の一実施例を用いてモールドケース
型半導体と放熱板とを保持固定した状態の斜視図
である。第２図は、第１図に図示された本考案に
係るモールドケース型半導体保持用金具の斜視図
である。第３図は、第１図のＡ−Ａ線断面図であ
る。そして、第４図は、従来のモールドケース型

Claims (1)
- モールドケース型半導体と放熱板等とを確実に
保持固定するモールドケース型半導体保持用金具
であつて、一対の脚部と一対の脚部の一端を連結
する連結部とからなり、前記一対の脚部には、そ
れぞれ、放熱板及びモールドケース型半導体に形
成された凸部に嵌合する凸型突起部が形成されて
おり、それにより、モールドケース型半導体を放
熱板等へ簡単に着脱可能に保持固定したことを特
徴とする弾性を有するコの字形のモールドケース
型半導体保持用金具。
